This treatment has been very good for me. I have had 8 ASTYM treatments and will probably have 3-4 more. The difference is amazing. Where the knot was on my achilles it is now gone. The tendon itself is just a bit thicker than the other one but feels so much better. There is no pain unless someone pokes at it or it gets bumped and it's not as stiff as it was before. I would say that if this procedure is recommended for you to go for it. No pain, no gain, right?
