ok this has been going on about a month but i have not had a period in like 3 years every since i had my son and got the mirena,but all of a sudden the lower part of my stomach starts hurting, to where i have to sit down slow cause it hurts to sit down i feel pressure and i started bleeding and its was like this for a week and its been on and off like that for a month now what do i do?what could it be?
