Anon, the swine flu has actually been shown to cause far fewer deaths than the normal flu that goes around every year. Lots and lots and lots of kids have gotten it, and they tend to have milder symptoms and get well sooner than they do with the regular flu. The people who have died from it usually always had something else wrong as well that made it harder for them to get well.
You don't sound depressed to me; depression has to do with fatigue, not being interested in things you used to like, withdrawing, not caring about things, like that. But you do sound like you have a lot of anxiety about things, like you worry a lot. Is that true? Do you find yourself always worrying about things that don't end up happening but you feel like they could?
