Hi, Anon. Welcome to EmpowHer, and thanks for your question!

You have done a lot of research and you have tried a lot of things; I'm not sure that I'll be able to offer you anything that you haven't already tried. Dark circles are hereditary, but they are also affected by such things as the following, according to the Mayo Clinic:

--Allergies
--Atopic dermatitis (eczema)
--Heredity — dark under-eye circles can run in families
--Lifestyle factors, such as smoking and drinking alcohol and caffeinated sodas
--Nasal congestion (which dilates and darkens the veins that drain from your eyes to your nose)
--Pigmentation irregularities — these are a particular concern for people of color, especially blacks and Asians
--Sun exposure, which prompts your body to produce more melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color
--Thinning skin and loss of fat and collagen — common as you age — which make the reddish-blue blood vessels under your eyes more obvious

The Mayo Clinic does say that in some cases, prescription creams or even laser treatments can help:

And on that page, it does say this:

"The results of one well-publicized study showed that a cream containing vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin E and retinol was moderately effective in treating under-eye circles."

Is that the cream you are asking about? Here is one preparation that has those ingredients, but from this we don't know how much of each ingredient is present, in what form, and in exactly which combination:

This is more specific about its contents, but does not carry every one of the ingredients:

I didn't find anything at all about Retivalume; what do you know about it or where did you hear about it?
