Hi anonymous,
Anytime you have unprotected sex (even if it's just the tip), you risk unwanted pregnancy. We are not doctors, and we can't tell you odds. If he didn't ejaculate inside of you, that is considered the withdrawal method of birth control. It is about 70% effective at preventing pregnancy when done correctly. The problem is that there remains that 30% chance that if there was any pre-cum on his penis, that could potentially get you pregnant. The risk is slim, but it's there. In the future if you don't want to get pregnant, you may want to pick up some condoms or get on birth control pills. You can still use the withdrawal method in addition to make sure you don't get pregnant, and so you won't need to worry in the future.
