I am trying to understand everything in your post but I'm not sure I do. You mention that you wish you had had more time to research this, but then you mention your trip to the E.R. and your severe pain. Was there a procedure done on you in the hospital?
And you mention that "they" want you to have your gallbladder out in the next 3 weeks. Who is "they?" I am glad you are getting a second opinion. But please do know that many people get their gall bladders taken out and are fine afterward. The case that the original poster wrote about is a tragic exception that had circumstances all its own.
Will you write back with a little more detail and are there questions we can answer for you?
