I too have the problem of extremely sticky skin (all over) as soon as our water touches my skin. This has been going on for more than a year . I developed a very painful rash, then another. After paying gross amounts to two general practitioners and three dermatologists, I was diagnosed with excema, dishydrosis, and currently a staph infection. Oddly, no amount of medication,changing of personal care cleansers or lotions /moisturizers help.
