I have the exact same symptoms. Groin area and back of legs sweat to the point that my boxers feel damp after an hour of sitting down. After a shower my skin feels sticky and the back of my legs turn beet red. My doctor prescibed my hydrocortosone with loprox (anti-fungal cream) it takes away the stickiness on my hands after a few uses but the groin area isn't improving. I have to use baby powder everytime I shower. It's frustrating because doctors look at me like I'm crazy. They say my showers are too hot or I have an allergy wait 2 months and come back. I don't know what to do.
