I'm pretty sure there are more men getting plastic surgery than we know. In a woman it is pretty obvious considering breast enlargement is one of the most common surgeries today-- why it is frown upon, I don't know. To each it's own I say as long as someone isn't pressing it on you, I don't see what the problem is.
Men tend to get things done that are more subtle-- such as nose, chest, lipo. Sometimes rhinoplasty is obvious but if the right plastic surgeon does the job, it can blend it perfectly fine with the rest of their face.
