hey !I am 15 I always get my periods regular but this time its 10 days late and the last one was April 11 2017 and I was supposed to get it may 10 2017 but it has not started yet.a few days before i masturbated with a pen .It pained also ..are my periods delayed due to masturbation or anything else? i'M VERY WORRIED!
