No, you can't be pregnant if you have had a period since the last time you've had sex. I think this is just another irregular period. I had irregular periods in my teens and 20s, and it was always annoying. I could go 29 days, 30, then it would be 35, then 28, then 29, 30. Just always something different. So I know how you feel. But since you've had a period since the last time you had sex, you're not pregnant. Just late.
Should you be on birth control, however? If you are regularly intimate with your boyfriend it might be time to think about some sort of consistent birth control (not just the condom). Have you considered whether you need to do more?
