Guided relaxation is a very powerful tool. I found a CD by Dr. Brian Weiss called Mirrors of Time that helps you achieve a state of self-hypnosis to unlock what's going on inside and causing stress. It is a remarkably simple and relaxing technique that is well worth the half hour spent sinking deep into relaxation to begin to let things go. Thanks for highlighting one of my favorite practices!
