From what you say, I would say that yes, you were still protected. By the time you had diarhhea (so sorry about that, and I hope you've totally recovered by now), you were most likely safe from conception from that time of unprotected sex. Sperm can only live for 3-5 days, and your pill on that day was most likely digested anyway, even with the diarhhea. I would worry more if you had vomited up your pills.
