An irregular cycle is not unusual, and not a clue that you could be pregnant.
A missed period is usually the first sign of pregnancy.
If you miss your period by a few days, this is also nothing to worry about, but you can take a pregnancy test just to make sure. It is very, very unlikely that you would be pregnant with the correct & consistent use of hormonal contraception (less than 1% chance).
If you have too many irregular periods while taking your pill (which is unusual for you), and if your periods are lasting more than 1 week, it would be wise to call your doctor to rule out any medical reasons.
