I donated my hair to LOL a few years back and the same thing happened to me! I was really put off because I had just cut off 18 inches and they couldn't tell me if they had received it or not. I had filled out the donation form and sent it with my hair donation and nothing ever came. I am now getting ready to donate my hair again and am looking for another place to send it since I had such a sour experience with LOL.
