"Blowing" one's adrenals from stress is a serious risk most people never think about. Stressing one's system to this degree can lead to Chronic Fatigue and various neurological issues. Apart from maintaining a regular and healthy diet, getting plenty of rest (and plenty of exercise) taking extra vitamin b's, c's, and a total EFA supplement is essential when running at break-neck speed. Also, I would say that nothing works better than acupuncture and Chinese herbs to clear stagnant liver chi (ie. adrenal overload). Having experienced this myself, finally hitting the wall is not a pleasurable experience, but I learned a valuable lesson and will never again take my health for granted and allow anything to jeopardize my wellbeing to this degree.
