You should call your doctor, and let him/her know that your period did not begin 5 days after taking your last pill.
Emergency contraception can cause a delay in period (usually up to one week), and the side effects are included on the prescription pamphlet.
Since you are experiencing probably pre-menstrual pain and had some spotting, it does sound like your period would be starting soon!
