I'm not sure if you understand how your birth control pills work. You need to follow the instructions exactly, as they are only 99% effective if taken consistently and CORRECTLY. You are supposed to take one pill every day, at the same time of day/night.
Are you asking about the "white pills" that do not contain hormones? There are hundreds of brands of pills, each with different colors. The only time you take two pills ("double-up") is if you missed a pill the previous day.
When you have sex, I'm not sure what you mean by "only the clear stuff". A man's ejaculate can be described as clear, cloudy or white, and regardless of the color, ejaculate and pre-ejaculate contains sperm.
