Hi gusarma,

Your question is: when is the best time to take 1.5 liters (or about 50 ounces) of water each day, based on a very specific "prescription" from a health specialist?

I am not sure which health specialist you are referring to, but I can tell you that it is recommended to consume enough water to where we do not feel thirsty (thirst is a sign of dehydration), either through fruits and vegetables and/or from fluids. Some experts suggest 8 glasses of water daily (8 ounces, or 0.2 liters), or the equivalent of 64 ounces (1.8 liters) over the course of the day.

If you are physically active, it is best to just drink small sips of water throughout the entire day, so that your stomach does not feel "water-logged". Drinking small amounts of water throughout the day will help you digest food better, keep you hydrated, help you feel full.

Does this answer your question?
