hi so i am 14 and i have flat feet.I was running away from my sister outside on bumby black top and then my foot started to hurt.i hurt it on saturday and now it is tuesday , the pain has gotten un ignorable and it hurts when i put weight on it the most and when i rest my foot it still hurts but not as much as when i put weight on it , it also hurts on top o my foot , there is minor swellin on top of my foot and no bruising .What could ive done to my foot?
