Thank you so much for visiting us here at EmpowHer and for posting your question for us. Your symptoms sound exactly like when one of my girlfriends had a stress fracture in her foot. I remember looking at her foot with her and it looked totally normal but it really hurt for her to walk on it, in the same areas you mention. She went in for an X-ray and got the confirmation diagnosis from her doctor. I second Susan C's advice--please go in and get checked out--chances are you'll get an X-ray too and a diagnosis and then a treatment plan that will help the pain go away.
