I have severe pain in my left foot close to where my heel is situated. No visible swelling but it makes it unbearable to walk on. I did some research by looking at reflexology foot chart. It appears to be the tortuous sigmoid colon that is affected. My wife is a health fundi and is treating me currently. You need to stay away from wheat and dairy as well.
