Hi Law! I would say that your question is quite self-explanatory however, I know this is quite a sensitive subject matter especially with your current situation and I understand we all need all the affirmation and help we can get. I would head to Alson B's advice and I concur that what you and your fiance' have been doing is indeed one of the best ways to get pregnant although nothing is certain - there are even a lot of people doing what you have been doing every single day just to get pregnant but has somehow failed so it's not a one-shot-one-kill kind of thing for sure. Let me also add that even if you are on an oral contraceptive, there are even chances of still getting pregnant. Furthermore, if you are doing unprotected sex and your partner did not finish inside of you, there is still a chance of getting pregnant thanks to what we commonly call as "pre-c*m". So, to be on the safest side of things, you might as well get a hold of any kind of natural or organic contraceptive or do what I have been doing for more than half a decade now, use a fertility monitor.
