You need to call a gynecologist, and let them know you are 30 days late on your period. You can also take a home pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy.

Regardless of your long-term decisions right now with having a baby or not, your first priority is to take care of your health and seek medical care immediately. The doctors and nurses are wonderful at helping teenagers think through all of their decisions; you will need to have an adult with you since you are under the age of 18.

Do you have a doctor you can call? Do you have a trusted adult whom you can talk to, and can take you to the doctor? If no, is there a health clinic near your school or house that you can walk to with a friend? Here is a phone number to Planned Parenthood that you can call (it's free): 1-800-230-PLAN (1-800-230-7526).
