This helps me alot I just ordered the 30- day shred after reading the reviews it seems like that is just what I need to get rid of the thirty pounds I want to get off. And also thanks for the information about how to go about finding friends. It has been pretty hard because there are no kids that live by me my daughters age. It gets pretty lonely sitting in the house everyday with just the two of us.I will keep you posted to see how that video works out for me.
