Other people have recommended this book, as well. I really should get a copy.

My trainer, who is 16 years younger, and I were talking about my battle with menopause weight. I'm going into my 5th marathon training season and haven't lost more than 1 lb each year, in spite of all the cross training and "clean" eating regimen. So, she's going to refer me to a doctor she knows who works with everyone from us ordinary folks to elite athletes on balancing their hormones and other issues.

Meanwhile, the new resistance exercises she has added to my routines are "killer," LOL!
