Allan - I think I have the very same thing you have! I am growing ever more desperate to try to figure it out. I am so discouraged. Tomorrow I am going to spend the day looking for a new internist and trying to get in to see someone at Yale Medical School. I can only hope they view it as interesting enough to delve in and try to find the cause. I am absolutely at my wit's end.
