Yes it is definitely the makeup wipes I just did it last night and 1 hour after my eyes are almost closed shut it's terrible I put cold packs to help with swelling I know not to use any thing soapy or alcohol on my face I'm to sensitive but I was tired and desperate so now I'm suffering this sucks... It goes away in about a week.
