I have suffered with this for almost 6 months now. I do think Equate Cetaphil and Equate makeup remover cloths aggravate the eyelid area but I have narrowed it down to my "new" metal headboard (probably contains nickel which I am allergic to) or Tide laundry detergent or hairspray or wrinkle-free sheets on my bed which I have heard contain some kind of chemical. I will be going through Allergy testing because I haven't found out which of these is the cause, but know that they all aggravate the situation. Also have inflammatory arthritis so wouldn't doubt it could be things I am eating. Will update after allergy testing.
