Plan B does not cause your period to come early, but it may cause some spotting. It is the same hormones as birth control pills, just so you know what you are taking...and birth control pills don't "cause" a period to come, either (does that make sense?)
So, it will take a few weeks until your expected period comes, so hopefully you can sleep easy until then. Also know, that your period may be irregular this cycle, so it may come earlier or later...this is normal and don't lose sleep over it if your period is a few days late!
