Bleeding after taking Plan B is a common side effect but it doesn't necessarily mean that you WILL get your period a day or two after taking the medication. It is highly effective when taken correctly, which it seems you have done. So, just take it in stride and wait for your next period to arrive. Keep in mind that it may still come sooner because of the change in period side effect.
