Are you talking about two different scenarios? This is what I understand from your question:

1. Your period ended on a Thursday, you started a new pack of pills on that Monday (I assume you did not skip any active pills?), and then started ANOTHER period only 11 days later. Is that correct? Is this referring to April? Did you have unprotected sex, or are you using birth control?

I'm wondering if you mean by "the pill" you mean your birth control pills that you take regularly, or the emergency contraception pill?

2. This month, your period was expected on May 5th or May 12th...either way it is May 17th and no sign of a period. You said your periods are usually irregular, so yes, this can be normal to have a late, or even missed, period. Are you worried about a pregnancy? If so, you can take a home pregnancy test (when did you last have unprotected sex?).

Birth control pills can help regulate your cycle, so I'm not sure what you mean by "mess up" your cycle. Emergency contraception pill can alter your cycle for a few months, causing an early period or late period. It can also cause breakthrough bleeding (bleeding in between periods).

Let me know if this information helped answer your questions. If not, if you could clarify your question, that would be helpful.
