i just had a vaginal hysterectomy 5 days ago (tubes and uterus taken) ovaries left behind, i had some pain in post op, but after the first day i have had No pain medication, I spent 2 days in the hospital. Im at home now, recovering quickly, feel good and just making sure i dont over do it. The only thing that i feel uncomfortable about is that I gained 7 lbs since surgery ( this is probably water) and my stomach is pretty fluffy..lol. im a bit frightened about weight gain as im already overweight and have a real struggle with my weight.
