I personally haven't tried them, I'm interested in it though, my friend bought a botle I was looking over the ingrdiants and they look really organic I was noticing a lot of citrus type indrediants differnt types of orange substance I don't remember what exactly, my friend says who just started them says they make her energized and she doesnt have the need to eat so that seems to be how they work thats all i know
