hey ladies! starting week two on fat burner...i have yo-yo'ed. but only for my own stupidity. please, if you are doing this program...get on a calorie change as well. i lost 5 pounds, and then i got cocky. it does curve your appetite...but when you eat less of a burger vs. less of a salad or chicken...you get my point.

also, do the detox/cleanse FIRST (total of two weeks) then after those pills are gone, start the fat burner and calorie control.

ingredients are: fruit extract (orange and grapefruit), coffee bean extract, alpha lipoic acid, kola nut, cocoa, white willow bark and cayenne pepper powder (you dont taste this)
other ingredients are: gelatin, rice flour, magnesium, carmine, silcone dioxide, titanium dioxide.
