I have been working out everyday since 01/19/10 and I have lost 17lbs in 16 days. I started out at 209 and I am now at 192 (I am training for the Army) I have been walking on the treadmill for an hour (and now incorporating running in my walking as well to train for my mile run) and doing the eliptical for 30 minutes and then sitting in a sauna for 30 minutes everyday(well, 3 days off due to a death in the family) and watching my calorie intake, no cokes, and only water( more than 10glasses a day) or powerade. I started taking the pills 3 days ago and noticed a 4lb drop in my weight since taking them. I do know this I sleep better everyday now (a very deep sleep) and when I wake up, I am half way asleep then I take the pills and it wakes me up without having to drink a caffeinated soda or something. I would recommend this product, but as with any other supplement, it does say "use in conjunction with a diet and exercise program".....What you put in any exercise or weight loss is what you get out of it. I make my workout an everyday priority. It has to be consistent. To see any changes, you do have to incorporate exercise in your everyday life.
