Stick with green veggies and lean meats...chicken, fish, even red meat is ok. Stay away from rice, bread, potatoes, pasta,....these have a high carbohydrate content. Even an apple has about 40 carbs! Some fruit is high in carbs because of the natural sugars... So staying with lots of vegetables and lean meats is the way to go. It really does work. It is hard to stick with if you are a carb addict....but if you can do it for at least 2 weeks, you will see the craving for the carbs start to disappear! Works everytime!!
