I first tried the Detox, Cleanse and Fat Burner program in April. I lost 5-7 pounds in the first 2 weeks. I also changed my eating habits according to Jillian's book, "Master Your Metabolism". I have told many friends and family about the book and they also LOVE it. She is very insightful and has done her research. I had no side effects from the fat burner program, but I did notice a reduction in cravings and defiintely lost a lot of my belly fat. I gained 60 pounds due to thyroid medication that I have been trying to lose for almost 4 years, unsuccessfully. I have currently lost 30-32 pounds since April and feel great. I even fit into a pair of pants I bought before I gained the 60 pounds!! And I only lost 1/2 of that!!! I lost it in the right places though (belly was a big area!!) I continue to eat healthy most of the time but I do indulge every once in a while. I at more veggies and very little red meat! LOTS of chicken and turkey, fish and shrimp ! Lots of salads and I pretty much gave up my ranch dressing for a lighter, olive oil one. Do not cook with butter anymore, just use a lot of extra virgin olive oil!

Read Jillian's book and I definitely recommend the detox, cleanse and fat burner program!
