FINGERS CROSSED!!!
I'm doing a weight losing competition at my local gym and I can't seem to lose any weight even though I'm watching what I eat and working out for at least an hour 3 times a week(that's all the time i can find between work and school). I just picked up the Quickstart rapid weight loss system by Jillian Michael's ("fat burner" and "calorie control" dietary suppliments). Does any know if these will affect me during this 5 week competition?
