Hi! I just started using Jillians rapid weight loss system, which includes the calorie control and fat burner. I will update later to let you all know how it works. I have used things like hydroxy cut before with no results.... it made me feel funny and sick so I could never stick to it. It didnt feel safe to take.
I see everyone is talking on here about metabolic caloric rates.... id like to know more about this! I am 20 yrs old, 5'10" and weigh 185. Ive lost 10 lbs on the slim fast diet and by doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred work outs everyday. I dont exercise out side of the 30 day shred videos, I have a very busy schedule thats all I can fit in.
the reason I started the rapid weight loss system was because I hit a plateau in my weight loss.... I lost 10 lbs in about 3 weeks.... and now I'm stuck. I was always under the impression I had to eat less to lose weight, so maybe I am plateauing because I'm not eating enough? I take in about 1000 calories a day. 2 slim fast products and then I eat what I want for dinner.
