There is always a chance of pregnancy when birth control pills are not taken correctly. Done correctly they are 99.9% effective, but even then nothing is guaranteed.
You may have started bleeding again because of the abrupt cessation of your pills. There really is no way I can tell you if you are pregnant or not, sorry. Your best bet is to wait until the first day of a missed period and then take a home pregnancy test, prior to that results may be inaccurate. You may also see a doctor for a serum (blood) test to determine if you are pregnant or not.
