How wonderful that you're so healthy and taking good care of yourself! I think we all need to take care of ourselves no matter what our age. I'm in my 40s and looking forward to my 50s and starting a new chapter, when the kids will be more independent and off on their own. It's nice to hear from women at that point in their lives who are having fun and feeling good.
