I have the same symptoms except mine sometimes causes my eye to twitch. I was in an ATV accident several years ago and did damage to my neck as well. Chiropractor said he'd readjusted it. This only seems to happen either when I am physically exerting myself or sometimes when I bend over. It's very painful when this happens. Did you ever find out what was causing it?
