Pillay,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your baby. I hope you have a lot of wonderful, supportive family and friends who are available to help you through this difficult time.

According to the Mayo Clinic, there are some prevention strategies for uterine prolapse including surgical repair, pessary, losing weight or kegel exercises...all dependent on the severity of your prolapse.

Specifically about uterine prolapse and future pregnancy:
"You might not be a good candidate for surgery to repair uterine prolapse if you plan to have more children. Pregnancy and delivery of a baby put strain on the supportive tissues of the uterus and can undo the benefits of surgical repair. Pessary use may be your best treatment choice for bothersome symptoms in these instances".

I'm sure this is not much of an answer, as you have already used a pessary. I wanted to let you know that we will conduct some more research, and ask one of our experts to reply to your question. In the meantime, can you tell us what your OB/GYN has recommended for you?
