Mary; not that I am going to chime in on a subject regarding a womans weight (I might be a man but I'M NO IDIOT) but I do have a bit of info for some of the ladies who are interested.
The wife are both overweight and knew we needed to lose it. Judi had stents in her heart last year and did rehab but just couldn't drop the weight. We exercised every day and tried to diet but I guess we just weren't dedicated enough. Make no mistake about it, being beautiful and fit is hard work. We just couldn't lose any weight. Until, my sister in law introduced us to a diet that has been around since 1954. This Dr (I can't recall the name right now) set forth a plan to lose weight without exercise. Anyway, Judi and I went on it July 6, 2009 and by July 26, 2009 I had lost 23lbs and three pants sizes and she had lost 15lbs I went from 218 lbs to 197lbs in only three weeks, without exercising and on a simple diet that required no special purchased foods or drinks. We are currently on the secound round and Judi has a goal to loose another 15lbs. She has already lost another 5lbs. Anyone interested how to lose the weight this quick and easy?
