I'm confused on all the dates...but if I have this correct, it sounds like you doubled-up accidentally (when you didn't need to), which caused you to have one-less pill needed, and thus, you missed taking a pill on September 4th.
Basically, if you miss one day of taking the pill, then double-up (even if you doubled-up the day before), then your risk of pregnancy does not increase significantly. Please know, that the pill is not 100% effective (it is close...99%), but when a pill is missed, it is recommended that you use back-up protection for 7 days afterwards. It is highly unlikely to become pregnant after missing one pill, but could potentially happen.
