I have been reading through your comments because I also have similar concerns. However mine is not as serious. But regarding the lady who sometimes feels a burning feeling when her and her husband change position, it sounds like a documentary that i was watching on I believe TLC called "strange sex". There was a woman who used protection with her boyfriend thoughout their entire dating, then after they got married, they had unprotected sex because they wanted a child. Well, she was also experiencing really bad burning like feeling after sex. It got so bad that she would get blisters and things. Of course many doctors thought it was a simple yest infection but it kept coming back. She finally found out after visiting a doctor in PA that she was alergic to her husband's semen. So her body was fighting and killing off all the sperms and so she was unable to get pregnat. Well the doctor found an anctitode for her after some test. Now her's was the extreme but there are variations of the symptoms, from mild to extreme like her case. I don't know if this maybe helpful but I thought I'd share.
