For those of you that may have followed my comments, the voltaren seems to be working. This morning I have more arm movement. I did phone for a physiotherapist appointment but cannot get in until January 25th. She told me while I was protecting my arm because of the pain, it created the frozen shoulder and that it doesn't take long to happen. Someone in these postings had said to keep your arm active and obviously they were right.
