Well, I'm back. The one that has had the pain since Sept. 9th. I've been in physical therapy. Started to get better. Seems more fatigue and inflamed again. Eating aleve and ibuprofen. Ortho surgeon won't give me another cortizone injection because i'ts not good to get more than a few doses in a year. Breaks down the joint/cartilage, etc. I've started taking OTC glucosamine to see if that will help. If it does, it will be 4 weeks from now. Ugh. So hard to stay upbeat with all of this.
