Thank God I'm not crazy. I got my shot around labor day, and have the same symptoms - can't raise arm outward and up from there, trouble putting my coat on, soreness the rest of the time. The pain is worse than a monster foot cramp - not dissipating for minutes at a time. It's now months after my shot and hurts as bad as ever. Heat, massage and vibration feel good, but don't prevent the pain the next time that I move it the wrong way. My shot was two fingers down from my shoulder, regular flu shot (my first ever). Pain killers (ibuprofen and vicoden) do not seem to help at all. I lost my insurance with my job, so I'm looking for an inexpensive solution. Anyone found an over the counter solution other than watching my calendar? Thanks for ANY help!
